Sig P320 “Reaper” TRD – Drop-In Trigger Kit Now available. After months of testing, Texas Triggers is proud to introduce the Reaper, our latest drop-in TRD engineered specifically for the Sig Sauer P320. Compatible with the Full Size, Carry, Compact, M17, M18, and Flux Raider, all true drop-in. The Reaper just changed what the P320 is capable of.

Break-In Period If your Sig P320 is brand new out of the box, regardless of model, it will need a break-in period before the Reaper runs as intended. This does not apply to guns that are already broken in. Expect around 400-600 rounds before it’s running smooth, which lines up with Sig Sauer’s own factory break-in period for the platform. This wears down a factory coating inside the gun that reduces friction. You can also speed up break-in without burning through ammo by dry-cycling the slide. With the TRD installed, hold the trigger back and manually rack the slide open and closed, repeating this motion to simulate the TRD cycling. This works the same components that break in during live fire, so it’s an easy way to cut down on the round count needed before things feel fully smooth.

Recommended Ammo We recommend 115-124 grain ammunition, with the right grain depending on how broken in your gun is prior to install. If your gun is already well broken in, 115 grain works well. For best performance, we recommend Blazer Brass Full Metal Jacket Round Nose (FMJ).

Compact & Carry (OEM) These models may need a 14 lb recoil spring in place of the OEM spring, along with a compatible guide rod assembly. No other OEM model requires this. We recommend the following:

• Guide Rod Assembly: Sig Guy 1911 Style Steel Guide Rod Assembly

Aftermarket or Slide-Cut Slides These also require a recoil spring and guide rod assembly, though spring weight varies by slide, typically 14-18 lb.
